It is the third unique full color book on the most powerful CAD/CAE-system Marc (of the last version) of MSC Software Corporation (USA). Is developed the Zharkov’s methodology of 3D-modeling the technological processes of stamping the details from the sheet blanks on examples of widespread operations in the industry: stretch forming, stretching, stretch draw forming, stretch wrapping, compression forming, radial draw forming of sheets, strips and profiles taking into account the hardening, anisotropy and springback of blank at processing. The modeling is based on designing of calculated model only on the basis of own powerful graphic CAD-possibilities of system Marc without usage of any additional input files and without a writing of programs. For the purpose of understanding the mechanism of stretch forming a blank, for the correct development of the project in CAD/CAE-system and the correct analysis of results of modeling the stretch forming in this system, in the beginning of the main chapters is resulted the engineering theory of stretch forming by V. A. Zharkov with analytical dependences and Zharkov's laws and regularities in a large quantity of formulas. And only then is given the exact numerical modeling in CAD/CAE-system. In the final chapter are resulted the Zharkov's theory of sheet stamping. In the sections are given: Section I. Zharkov’s theory of formability testing of sheet materials taking into account the hardening and anisotropy of specimens and blanks. Section II. Zharkov’s theory and CAE-modeling of stretch forming of blanks by hemispherical, flat and hemiellipsoidal punches. Section III. Zharkov’s theory and CAE-modeling of stretch forming (stretching) of sheets, strips and profiles on a punch. Section IV. Zharkov’s theory and classification of stretch forming or testing on axisymmetric one-operational and multi-operational drawing the over limit blanks Section V. Zharkov’s theory and classification of stretch forming or testing on not axisymmetric one-operational and multi-operational drawing the over limit blanks. Section VI. Zharkov's theory of sheet stamping (sheet forming). And the sections consist of 17 chapters. In the end of the book are resulted: Conclusion, References, Schematic symbols. Now to the readers, who are engaged in the sheet stamping (forming) of details in the industry, it can not be demanded to study the difficult theoretical books and to buy the many separate books. The author made it for them. It will be necessary for reader to open only the given book in its interesting chapter (very few people will study the book from cover to cover, though it and is desirable) and by analogy to circumstantial instructions of chapter (by a principle: do, as I), independently develop the educational, scientific or practical project. And at the solution of the specific and professionally interesting task, the reader will study (if it the beginner) or further to master (if it the advanced user) the basic disciplines on the given subjects. Creating the project on the Zharkov’s methods of book, the reader can work alone for the designer, the technologist, the mathematician and the programmer simultaneously and to spare the weeks and months of persistent work.
